Jess Rutstein comes to Madison Originals with an extensive professional background in community nonprofit program management and statewide food policy. She moved to Madison in 2018 to pursue her Masters of Public Affairs degree from the La Follette School of Public Affairs, and the extensive food scene, multitude of outdoor activities, and overall vibrant vibe made her quickly decide this was the place for her long-term. When not working, you can find her hiking, running with her new pup Teddy, reading, trying out new recipes with her fiance Cody, visiting local restaurants with friends and family, and planning her next big travel Adventure.
Aimee Anderson is the Director of Operations for Buck & Honey's Restaurants. She has been in the restaurant business her entire life, growing up above a pizza place as a child, then becoming a corporate trainer for Maggiano's Little Italy out of Denver for 9 years. She has been with Buck & Honey's for 10 years now. Aimee was the general manager at their Sun Prairie location for approximately 7 years. Once they opened their Monona location in July of 2019, her role expanded to the Director of Operations. Molly has been living in Madison for the past 13 years on the East Side and if you know her, that wouldn’t be surprising. Molly spent a handful of years in the service industry at Star Liquor, Weary Traveler and Alchemy Cafe. From there, she found her way into the beer industry working as a Sale Representative for Beechwood Distributors, Bell’s Brewery, Pearl Street Brewery and Delta Beer Lab. She has now crossed over to the world of liquor and couldn’t be happier with her State Line family. When she’s not selling our spirits, you can find her at Phish shows, canoeing the rivers and hanging at the local watering holes.
