Bonfyre features Contemporary American Cuisine in an upscale casual environment. In addition to their hand cut wood-fired steaks, guests are able to enjoy fresh Seafood, Rotisserie Chicken, Pastas, Signature Salads, and so much more from their seasonally-changing menu. To compliment the cuisine, Bonfyre’s bar features classic cocktails with a modern twist, creative new libations, local beer selections, and a wine list consisting of labels from both North and South America.
Bonfyre American Grille is open daily at 11:00am Tuesday through Friday, and 4:00pm Saturday. Bonfyre is currently closed on Sundays and Mondays. Located in the Arbor Gate Towers, just off the Todd Drive exit, Bonfyre is an easy stop before Badger games, or a great place to meet friends. Private dining and catering services are also available.
