Located in the heart of Madison, 107 State is an upscale Wisconsin tavern with Italian influences. You can expect an old-world tavern environment, along with their innovative Burger Lab and Pasta Bar, created during the initial COVID-19 outbreak. All of their cuisine is drawn from Chef Nathan Mergen's travels in Wisconsin, New York City, and Italy. He believes in a proper burger, al dente pasta, and the libations to match. 107 State is a hospitality-first organization, realizing that they must first be hospitable to themselves and their staff, so that they can aptly display empathy and care to their valued guests.
