Manna Cafe & Bakery is a warm, welcoming place, tucked into the Lakewood Plaza Shopping Center on Madison's North side. Over the years (previously as owners of the Collins House Bed and Breakfast, and, since 2005, as owners of Manna Cafe & Bakery), Barb and Mike Pratzel have devoted their lives to bringing their hospitality and delicious food to people. They've also been a big part of Madison Originals, hosting meetings and participating in events like Feed the Need.
As of 2018, Barb is retiring. Mike and the rest of the Manna crew will still be serving up their wonderful lemon bars, muffins, quiche, and other goodies. While we're going to miss seeing Barb at our meetings and events, we wish her well in all her future endeavors and look forward to keeping in touch.
