The Blue Marlin is the "premier" seafood restaurant in Madison. Located on the Capitol Square, it is convenient to the University, City Government and the many fine hotels on the Isthmus. The restaurant features innovative seafood creations using seasonal and locally grown produce whenever possible. Preparations for daily delivered seafood and shell fish change with the seasons. The highlight of the menu is  the nightly four course Chef's Tasting paired with wine flights as an option. There isn't a more beautiful setting than the outdoor seating at this intimate restaurant.
