Lombardino's Italian Restaurant

Named one of the top Italian restaurants in Wisconsin in 2002, current owners Patrick and Marcia O'Halloran have had the pleasure of being part of Madison's restaurant community for three years. Both accredited through the American Culinary Federation, their commitment to using locally grown ingredients is reflected in Lombardino's seasonal menu. Annual visits to Italy ensure an authentic Italian dining experience. The restaurant features chef's tasting menus every weekend, monthly cooking classes and quarterly wine dinners.
Established in 1952, it's kitschy decor reflects that era; a model of the Trevi fountain, hand painted mosaic tiles and murals of the Italian landscape make for a comfortable, casual neighborhood favorite dining spot.
Bringing Italy’s Best to Madison
“Come in as you are,” he calls out encouragingly, scanning the street for anyone craving an Italian meal. He’s an exceptionally good-natured recruiter, forever chuckling and sporting an appropriately jovial handlebar moustache. That’s right; you know who I’m talking about. It’s the Lombardino’s guy.
